Magda, our senior stylist and founder of MagdaHair in 2003, has many years experience in fitting hair extensions. In her native Brazil, she runs several successful hair extension salons in San Paolo and a couple in London. She has extensive experience working with Afro and Caucasian hair and is skilled in all hair extension techniques, but has a few favourites. Guess we all have some.

How do you maintain success, when the demand grows?
Magda had to go to the source, the supply chain, she proved her qualities of being entrepreneurial by setting up a sourcing and distribution unit for the best natural hair. Hair acquired by Fair Trade and consent of each individual. She has a strong bound with the community and that is reflected in her business approach.  It is not only hair, YES, it is the finishing as well. Having partnered  with one of the global leaders in professional hair products and even having her own brand is the balancing act. Never short of the best products and up to date with the latest innovations in the industry.
